BIM (Building Information Modeling) is an innovative and up-to-date method for integrated working in the building industry. Architects and engineers from a wide range of technical disciplines, working in a networked yet centralized manner, generate and coordinate large volumes of planning data on one digital model. This assures all the participants high quality, transparency and cost certainty.

OBERMEYER possesses more than 50 years of experience in the interdisciplinary integration of processes as an overall planner. Our BIM skills build upon this experience. OBERMEYER has been performing projects with BIM methods for over ten years. Moreover OBERMEYER is founding member of the German Speaking Chapter of b and, at management level in this society, has been supporting the development of neutral BIM standards in Germany.
